DESCRIPTION:At this joint meeting with RC Pakenham\, we will hear a present
 ation from Rino Fernandes who was the guide when a number of Berwick memb
 ers visited Balibo in Timor-Leste in 2018. Our club has a long history doi
 ng projects in the Balibo District in conjunction with other clubs includi
 ng Pakenham\, Keilor\, and South Melbourne. A Dental Clinic\, School books
 /stationary and furniture\, Conference Centre and an interest in school re
 builds have been our main interest.  Rino has been a major player in gett
 ing these projects up and co-ordinated and he is currently involved with D
 isaster Aid Australia getting a few SkyHydrants into place in the Balibo D
 istrict.  Note this meeting is on Tuesday night and replaces our regula
 r Wednesday night meeting.
