Cluster Meeting: Balibo House Trust Presentation

All Rotarians from any Club and friends are welcome to join us to hear from Rob Hudson, Chairman of the Balibo Trust and Terry Bracks AM. http://balibohouse.com/

Clubs in District 9820 along with many other Clubs in Australia and New Zealand have joined forces with The Balibo Trust to make a huge difference to the people living in the Balibo area of Timor Leste. Already our District has been involved with building a dental clinic, providing school furniture and consumables, providing equipment for a convention centre and providing a small amount of medical equipment to the local hospital.

Our next challenge is to provide funding for water and toilets in two existing schools, a $60,000 project. The Balibo Trust is well connected to deliver outstanding results in the area with the local builder Spend it Well and Rotary Donations in Kind.

Come along and get the detail from the people on the ground.

Anyone is welcome to attend a Rotary Meeting. Dress is neat casual.
