MERRY CHRISTMAS
FROM THE PRESIDENT'S DESK - 24 DECEMBER, 2017
Welcome to this special Christmas edition of the Spoke 'n' Words. Our Editor extraordinaire is on holidays so the B team have come together to deliver this short but special Bulletin.

After more than 10 years of running the market, yesterday members and friends of the Rotary Club of Berwick gathered at the Old Cheese factory for the final time as hosts of the monthly market. I take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed for so many years to the success of the market, many of whom have been there for the whole journey... from the very beginning. We must take pride in what we have been able to achieve as a Club through the market and although it is sad to turn the page on this significant chapter, we look forward to new community projects and new avenues to raise funds so we can continue to make a difference.

I would like to add a few of the Rotarian volunteers mentioned similar feelings this morning to me so I know I wasn’t alone with those thoughts.
