Clubs and districts are guided by the Rotary Manual of Procedure, RI Constitution, and RI Bylaws. These documents provide the structure for RI’s policies and procedures. Every club and district can propose amendments to constitutional documents through the Council of Legislation (COL).
At the 2016 COL, there were changes to allow clubs more flexibility, especially in the areas of attendance and club meetings. If your club desires to make a change, it is essential that the changes are made properly so your Club ByLaws reflect the changes.
