Sam McCurdy advised that there are only 2.5 weeks left until the Carols by Candlelight event, which is to be held on Saturday 15 December at the Edwin Flack Reserve in Berwick.
He advised that Team Leaders and Team members are being identified at present and the details will be provided at next week's Club meeting. Anyone who has not yet indicated their availability to assist at the event, should inform Diana Gomez-Fullaway ASAP.
Viv and Jim Armstrong will begin delivering letters on Tuesday 4 December,to residents within 1 km radius of the venue advising them of the fireworks and potential parking problems. If they require assistance, they will let us know. PE Isobel Caulfield volunteered to assist, if required.
