At the time of writing this article, Victoria has successfully gone 14 days with zero new COVID-19 cases and zero associated deaths, affectionately referred to as double doughnuts. This means a 14 day average of zero cases and welcome relief from the tough restrictions imposed on Victorians over the last few months. Let's hope this trend continues!
It is interesting to compare the current Victorian status with that of the rest of the world as follows, although it is acknowledged that the numbers are changing rapidly.
