On Wednesday 10 April, 25 Club members, family and friends gathered at Monbulk to engage in the annual bowls competition with the Rotary Club of Monbulk.
The competition has been held for over 40 years and Funno's father Allan, helped to set it up.
Unfortunately, we as the current holders of the trophy, suffered an embarrassing loss with a score of 53 for Monbulk against only 11 for us.
Funno's mother, B J, presented the trophy to Monbulk, while celebrating her birthday.
Despite the drubbing, an evening of good fun and fellowship was had by all.
