Hello,

Another busy week with two perfectly run Berwick College Presentation Balls. We should all be so proud of these events and I can't praise Andrew and Michele Somers enough for all the planning they did.

A huge thank you to the members who attended the Monday afternoon practice sessions, to the planning and organsing, the MC roles from Gary and Isobel, to the members that attended on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

This partnership we have with the College, that benefits both the school and our club, is a great project and one I think will continue to run for many years to come. Well done to everyone involved.

This week
We know what happens when we harvest and playgrounds and pack them into a shipping container, but what happens when it arrives in Cambodia?
Russell and Trudy Poole from the Rotary Club of Peninsula 2.0 will be joining us this week to talk about the other half of the project RORP when organisations like Heartprint receive the container of playgrounds.

Shed Keys
Just an FYI - we have been given six additional keys for the Rotary Shed at the Old Cheese Factory. The members with a key to the shed will now be, Russell, Andrew, Jack, Trevor, Laury, Gary E, Isobel, Funno, Eric and Geoff. Please note, each key has a unique number which is allocated to each member, if you borrow a key you must return it to that person.

Jim Wilson recognised by RAWCS
Recently Jim Wilson was recognised at Government House Canberra as a recipient of the RAWCS Awards presented by Australia's Governor-General, Her Excellency Sam Mostyn. This distinguished service award recognized his exceptional service and dedication to RAWCS.

Thanks,
Jen
