Wow, what a wonderful event the Changeover was!
Thank you to everyone that attended, the room looked great, the food was lovely and the whole event was well organised by the amazing Di Double and Emceed by the spectacular Isobel Caulfield.
This week in my new role, I attended the Rotary Club of Casey's Changeover dinner on Saturday night. President Jean Harrison held a fabulous event, I am looking forward to working alongside Casey to achieve great things for our community.
On Sunday, I had an enjoyable lunch at the Inner Wheel Club of Berwick Changeover. Congratulations to Sharlene Watson, AKA Trevor's better half, for stepping up to be the next Inner Wheel President. Sending our love to Diana Nutter who fell ill during the event.
Next week we will have an action packed meeting, I am so excited to see Penny Williams being inducted into our club. We will discuss the projects that are going to be happening over the next 12 months. We will also be joined by a young high school student, Aleisha who is doing a school project on volunteering in the community as a Rotarian. I hope our club can offer her some valuable insights - best behavior you lot! See you on Wednesday:-)
