Looking Ahead: Special Guest Next Week!

Next week’s meeting (April 23^rd) we will have a very special guest speaker, local identity and historian Neil Lucas who will be enlightening us with some local history of Berwick and in particular the history of some of the street names in Berwick. Its sure to be an interesting night. Family and friends are always welcome. We will also be joined by a few members of our neighbouring Rotary Clubs.

Inner Wheel Trivia Night

The Inner Wheel club of Berwick are once again holding their Trivia Night Fundrasier in support of “All For Billie” which aids research into Enterovirus Treatment by the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity.

“All For Billie” was started by a mother who lost her baby at 11 days as the Enterovirus was detected too late. This virus can cause sepsis, myocarditis, meningitis and encephalitis as well as deaths in unborn and newborn babies. Research is carried out by the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity.

Berwick College Presentation Balls

The Presentation Balls this year are being held on May 14^th and 15^th.
We are looking for 10 club members each night to attend and help out with the running of the event. It’s always a great night, so why not jump on board.
