How great was PP Isobel’s presentation last week on her journey to Antarctica? I certainly enjoyed it and it has Michele and I even more eager to head off on our own adventure.
Last Thursday evening, Jack, Terry, Louise J, Mary, Wendy, Michele and I had a fun time cooking cheese toasties on the BBQ at Bunnings Clyde North for their Father’s Day Family Fun Day. It was a great night with great turn out from the local community. We didn’t have an exact count but we served somewhere around 250 cheese toasties. Bunning are currently filling dates in their weekend BBQ calendar and we are on the list for November, date to be confirmed. Stay tuned.
I trust all the Dads in the club had an enjoyable day on Father’s Day and spent time with family where they could.
This week we have two international visitors. Yezdi & Porochi Batlivala from the Rotary and Inner Wheel clubs of Poona Downtown, India. We’re hoping to have a number of our Inner Wheel friends join us on the night
