It's time to put your hand up to attend one of our presentation balls.
This is always a great night and at no cost to Rotarian attendees.
We require approximately ten Rotarians needed on the day for each presentation ball
- Rotarians required to
- Place a program on tables for each person
- Distribute gloves and flowers – tick off who has gloves
- Assist with marshalling for photographs
- Roster needed of two Rotarians at door to check tickets
- Extras needed to usher if needed, answer questions, assist generally
