Today, Jen Marshall; Russell Fellows; Dave Anderson & I travelled to Mount Martha.
We met Wayne Jenkins (Rotary Overseas Relocated Playgrounds ‘RORP’ coordinator), who has sixteen harvested playgrounds stored at his property. We loaded two trailers carrying five playgrounds and towed them a short distance to unload the contents into a shipping container. Wayne kindly provided morning tea and refreshments. After a few hours of exercise (including some heavy lifting), our team enjoyed lunch at a local cafe before venturing home for a well-earned nap.
